Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeuronSearchLab admin console, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating a workspace, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it as it changes. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• upload content or catalog data you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure; or
• reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

You retain all rights to the catalog data, events, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We handle Customer Data in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable data protection law.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select during registration. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

We work to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ranking, search, and recommendation outputs are probabilistic and provided for your evaluation; you are responsible for how you use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuronSearchLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
